The camp is for all athletes: from first-timers to Age-Group contenders and includes four days of swim, bike and run technique and performance coaching by TriSutto coach, Georges Baaklini. The camp is particularly suited to members of Georges’ triathlon squad.
Attendance for each week is strictly limited to 14 places. We’re based at the 4-star Aliathon Holiday Village and pricing is based on half-board accommodation with shared occupancy. Athletes arrive on Tuesday 2nd to train from Wednesday 3rd and leave Sunday 7th April (5 nights). Single occupancy and alternative configurations are available. Please see our full pricing.
We swim daily at the nearby Municipal pool where we have three dedicated lanes. We also have access to the neighbouring athletics track. Coastal paths, quiet roads and the hills behind Paphos provide the flexibility for all the run and bike sessions that we need, from brick repeats to longer easy rides.
Most days start with a squad swim, typically at 8am, in the local open air pool. We usually do a late morning and a mid / late afternoon workout, unless it is a long ride day when we might just ride as our other training that day.
All workouts are based around the needs of the individual and the group. There is, therefore, no standard "cookie-cutter" schedule.
Accommodation is based on shared occupancy, half-board at the Aliathon Holiday Village, Sunday to Saturday (6 nights). Single occupancy is available at a small supplement.
